Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Unique53, we strive to provide high-quality cosmetics and ensure a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at [support@unique53.com].

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After Shipment:

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • You may still be eligible to return the product after receiving it. Please see the return and refund policy below.


2. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


3. Return Process

  2. Return Authorization
    If your return is eligible, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Shipping

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
